Shipping - Returns - Terms & Conditions

Shipping Policy:

At Lemon Luxe, we are committed to delivering your purchased products promptly and efficiently. We offer shipping within Australia and International shipping to selected countries. Our shipping options are designed to meet your needs, whether you require standard or express delivery. 
 

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over AUD $189.

    • For orders below $189 a flat rate is applied depending on the weight of your order.  For of AUD $15 applies. 

      • 0 - 0.5kg = $6.95​

      • 0.5 - 1.5kg = $10.95

      • 1.5kg & over = $15.95

    • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.​

During holiday or sales periods shipments may be delayed a few days and whilst we have an estimated delivery time, once your order is in transit this is then out of our control.  All orders are packed in the sequence they are placed.

Returns Policy:

At Lemon Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. Carefully read the below policy and procedure to see if you are eligible for returns.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • We do not accept returns for "change of mind".

    • Faulty or damaged products can be refunded or exchanged once the item has been returned and we have received.

    • You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order and items must then be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us at info@lemonluxe.com.au with your order number and issue/reason for return.

    2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within approximately 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Limitation of Liability:

Lemon Luxe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.

Changes to these terms:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage without notice.
